Map, showing Kinhboy

Kinhboy is a modern Vietnamese restaurant that serves its fiery, fresh food with a range of bespoke cocktails and wines right on the Barangaroo waterfront.

Modern Vietnamese cuisine blazing with the flavours of wok flame and fresh herbs - served on the Barangaroo waterfront with bespoke cocktails and wine.

It’s not easy to cook and serve Vietnamese cuisine well - but Kinhboy has the magic touch (or the magic wok). Their version of modern Vietnamese features all the fresh herbs and flame-kissed flavour that the cuisine is known for, with added Australian ingredients like caviar and wagyu beef.

As if their food wasn’t enough to attract crowds, they also serve bespoke cocktails and a generous selection of wine and beer in a stunning location bang on the waterfront in Barangaroo.

Kinhboy’s moreish menu is designed to share, if you can manage it. There’s a raw section of their menu which features gems like oysters with finger lime and kingfish ce ‘viet’ che with rainbow radish and fried garlic.

There’s small plates, like BBQ duck paper rolls, and mains, including charcoal chicken with nuoc cham and king prawns on a pickled papaya salad. The wok-fried items are a highlight, including shaking beef with garlic shoots and five spice crackling pork.

Last, but definitely not least is dessert, which includes a Vietnamese coffee flan and a phenomenal coconut and banana sago scattered with roast peanuts. Can’t choose? Go for the feed me menu which features six small, side and wok dishes, your choice of main and the dessert of the day.

Kinhboy gets busy so bookings are always recommended!
