The Barangaroo Delivery Authority encourages applications for activities to be held at Barangaroo that aim to:

• build the Barangaroo profile and sense of place;
• contribute to the vision for Barangaroo;
• consider and develop relationships with local and relevant community groups; and
• mesh with the overall local, state and federal government events and marketing programs.

Barangaroo is film friendly and the Delivery Authority recognises the NSW Film Friendly Policy.

CONDITIONS OF USE
All events and productions at Barangaroo must be carefully managed to ensure the local community are not adversely affected by potential noise, visual and traffic impacts.

All potential applicants should first review the draft Licence Agreement for events and productions.

Applications for events at Barangaroo will only be considered once a completed application form has been lodged.

DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS
Applications for large (in terms of capacity of duration) events and productions requiring temporary structures should review relevant NSW legislation, and be lodged within an appropriate timeframe. Relevant legislation includes but is not limited to:

State Environmental Planning Policy (Major Projects) Amendment
(Sydney Harbour Foreshore) 2009.

State Environmental Planning Policy (Temporary Structures and Places of Public Entertainment) 2007.
