Want to learn more about Barangaroo? Book a tour and explore Sydney’s most culturally significant harbourside enclave.
Barangaroo’s program of Aboriginal Cultural Tours is led by renowned environmental educator, Clarence Slockee. Supported by a team of Aboriginal Visitor Services Guides, these tours will immerse you in the native history of Sydney Harbour and the importance of the land to Australia’s Aboriginal heritage and its significance to the clans of the Eora Nation that once lived where Sydney now stands.
The Aboriginal Cultural Tours extend throughout the six-hectare headland of Barangaroo Reserve, taking in the 75,000 native Australian trees and shrubs that are a feature of the Reserve. As the only public space in Sydney to boast this quota of native flora, this tour is a must for the gardening and green enthusiast.
From past to the present, Barangaroo is a place of spiritual and cultural significance. Join the tour, be a part of the story.
