Sydney’s newest harbour foreshore park, Barangaroo Reserve, has been awarded one of the top honours at the Australian Institute of Landscape Architect (AILA) NSW Landscape Architecture Awards 2016.

Barangaroo Reserve was awarded the Parks and Open Space Landscape Architecture Award. The win sees the entry, from Johnson Pilton Walker in association with PWP, proceed to the national competition, the winners of which will be announced in Canberra on October 27, 2016.

The annual AILA Awards recognise the leadership and innovation in landscape architecture projects that enrich environments and enhance the state’s liveability, economic development and global profile.
