Crown Sydney Hotel Resort will include a 6-star hotel with 350 hotel rooms and suites, restaurants, bars and retail outlets
In June 2016, the NSW Planning Assessment Commission granted approval for the 6-star Crown Sydney Hotel Resort at Barangaroo. Designed by internationally renowned architects Wilkinson Eyre, the building will be sited within the southern precinct alongside the recently completed commercial, retail and restaurant offerings of the three International Towers Sydney.
The Crown Sydney Hotel Resort is being built on a 0.62 hectare block as part of the 22 hectares of Barangaroo, Sydney’s newest CBD waterfront precinct. When complete, it will offer:

Other projects to come that will mark the completion of this stage include the proposed Hickson Park, Watermans Cove, public boardwalk and pier, and three residential buildings designed by the renowned architect, Renzo Piano. All buildings within Barangaroo South are on 99-year leases from the NSW Government.
