The Pier Pavilion, located in Watermans Cove, will be another new stunning open space where people can meet, gather and relax by the water, or enjoy a range of temporary, programmed events.
The winning design by Jessica Spresser (SPRESSER) + Peter Besley celebrates the natural elements of land, sea and sky that compose the site.
Substructure works have commenced. This work provides the foundations for the structure on the pier and to prepare for the main works construction. During this time, part of Watermans Cove pier will be closed to the public.

To bring the design to life, Infrastructure NSW has submitted a development application with the City of Sydney seeking approval for the construction and operation of the Pier Pavilion.
