NOLA Smokehouse and Bar is a celebration of New Orleans, with a strong focus on smoked meats and southern style pit roasting.

Head Chef Richard Duff (Bibendum and L'Oranger in London; Attica in Melbourne; The Lincoln, The Kirketon Bar & Dining, O Bar & Dining in Sydney) has cleverly incorporated the African-American, French, Spanish and South American flavours that have become integral parts of Louisiana’s much-loved cuisine.

As well as a premium selection of meats, the menu also features ethically-sourced seafood.
