NOLA Smokehouse and Bar is a celebration of New Orleans, with a strong focus on smoked meats and southern style pit roasting.

Executive Chef Troy Spencer (TarraWarra Estate, Yarra Valley, VIC; Spencer Guthrie, Sydney, NSW; L'etoile, Sydney, NSW) has cleverly incorporated the African-American, French, Spanish and South American flavours that have become integral parts of Louisiana’s much-loved cuisine.

As well as a premium selection of meats, the menu also features ethically-sourced seafood.
