A morning celebrating mothers and children through dance, storytelling and healing; empowering women, parents and caregivers through a shared experience held on Sea Wall Lawn at Barangaroo Reserve.

The event will take place from 9am to 12 noon on Mother’s Day and includes:

  • Welcome smoking ceremony
  • Mother & baby dance interactive dance performances
  • Weaving sessions
  • Healing sessions
  • Story telling
  • Water cleansing ceremony
  • Free breakfast for registered participants


The Damulay Ngurang event is registered as a COVID Safe event with a COVID-19 Safety Plan in place. We urge visitors to comply with the latest NSW Health advice regarding COVID-19 which can be found on the NSW Health website.
