Interactive demonstration of 3 dishes that highlights the use of native ingredients
in everyday cooking.

6 October: Inspiring Vegetarians with Justin Wise 

Interactive demonstration of dishes that will make you think more about plant based food than just mushroom risotto.

3 November: Pastry Corner with Ashley Smith 

Interactive dessert demonstration by critically acclaimed pastry chef, Ashley Smith.

Classes run from 2:30pm - 5pm, with limited spots available.
