Menu highlights include live seafood that must be pre-ordered 48 hours before your reservation, including locally caught lobsters, sea urchin and black pearl sterling white caviar. There’s an a la carte menu, a vegan Cirrus menu and a Cirrus tasting menu, which features the restaurant’s tastiest dishes like roasted scallops with preserved lemon, and BBQ barramundi with salted kombu butter.
