Join us this Mother's Day, as we gather in the spirit of 'Damulay Ngurang' – meaning 'friendship place' in the local Sydney language.

Join us for a meaningful morning of mindfulness, community, and celebration at the newly opened The Cutaway, honouring women, mothers, parents, and caregivers.

Begin the day with Yoga on Country, a First Nations‑inspired yoga session that weaves together traditional cultural practices and contemporary wellness techniques. This is followed by a Welcome to Country, grounding participants in connection to place before engaging in a series of hands‑on, educational workshops designed to inspire learning and wellbeing.

Enjoy delicious hot drinks and snacks throughout the day. The first 30 attendees will recieve one free coffee and muffin each!

Throughout the day, connect with Country, nurture your mind and body, and strengthen bonds within the community. Together, we celebrate the resilience, care, and love of the women who shape our lives, fostering wellbeing, gratitude, and meaningful connection in a truly special setting.
