Mov'in Bed is back for a long hot summer of hit movies in Barangaroo.

Get your ticket to summer’s hottest movie experience with Mov'in Bed city beach outdoor cinema. With 280 tons of white sand and 150 plush queen-size cloud-like beds are ready for couples and friends to cosy up in front of the largest outdoor screen in Australia.

Featuring new release films and classic favourites, you can order delicious pizzas to your bed or enjoy pre-movie dinner and drinks across The Streets of Barangaroo and Crown Sydney.

Cinema operates from Wednesday to Sunday in Harbour Park Barangaroo.

  • Gates open at 6pm.
  • Movie starts at 8:30pm

Attention: The cinema doesn’t allow any BYO alcohol and hot food. You will find everything you need at the cinema.

Bag will be checked at the entry.

Yes. If you are unable to use your tickets, you are welcome to give them to a friend or a family member for them to attend the experience.

You don’t need to print off your tickets for the event. You can simply display your tickets on your smartphone for check-in.

First In, best dressed! There is no bed allocation at Mov’in Bed. We suggest arriving early if you want to choose the best spot. VIP ticket holders have an express access on the side.

After making a booking, you will automatically receive  your ticket by email. This email will usually come through within a few minutes but please allow up to 24hrs. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail folder.

If you are certain you have not received the confirmation email – the next step is to check your bank or Paypal account for signs of a successful transaction. If the transaction has been confirmed and money debited – this means that the booking has gone through but there was a problem with the email address you entered when you made the booking. Typographical errors are common, especially when booking on a mobile device, and this is the most likely reason for your ticket email not arriving.

Mov’in Bed is an outdoor event and weather can be unpredictable. We try to go ahead with screenings wherever possible and do not cancel for light/intermittent/potential rain.

In case of cancellation: 

Screenings are cancelled based on the conditions on site.

If the event is cancelled, we will send an email + an SMS by 4.00pm at the latest on the day of the screening.

Patrons accept the risk that weather they consider unsatisfactory may occur on a screening night and acknowledge that tickets will not be re-validated unless a screening is cancelled by Mov’In Bed management team.

Mov’in Bed is an outdoor event, therefor, it can get chilly once the sun goes down. We provide blankets for the bed but we suggest to bring appropriate clothes in case of chilly weather.

We can swap your ticket up to 7 days prior to the movie. 

After 7 days, all bookings are final and we do not refund or exchange tickets for a mistaken booking or change of mind. Refunds and exchanges will not be made for inadvertently booking the wrong session. Please check the session details carefully on each page of the booking process.

Refunds will not be given for a cancellation or termination due to adverse weather conditions, but replacement tickets are offered.
