Celebrate Valentines Day by the water this year with a shared style seafood tasting menu and wine pairings.

Cirrus will be serving a shared style tasting menu for $240 per person on Wednesday February 14. Wine pairings will be available on the night.

Charcoal Grilled Bread with Whipped Cod Roe and Espelette Pepper

Abrolhos Scallop Crudo with Nectarine, Tangerine and Lime Oil

Yellowfin Tuna, Smoked Sour Cream, Kaluga Caviar and Fried Bun


King Prawn with Fermented Chilli and Tarragon

Poached Southern Calamari with Fennel, Radicchio and Seaweed


Grilled Striped Trumpeter with Smoked Pepper, Squid Ink and Trout Roe

Grilled Broccolini with Pedro Ximenez and shallot vinaigrette


Jacks Creek Black Angus Striploin with Jus and mustard oil

Chips and Chicken Salt


Yoghurt Sorbet, Calypso Mango, Chocolate Butterscotch

Please note all tables booked for arrival at 6:00pm, 6:15pm or 6:30pm will have a 2 hour sitting.

Due to the menu required for this special event minimal dietaries can be accommodated, please contact them prior to your arrival should you have specific dietaries or concerns regarding their menu.

All bookings for 8 people or more will incur a 10% service charge.

Credit card details are required to secure a booking. No charge is made prior to your visit, however if the booking is cancelled within 5 days of the reservation or if the party fails to attend, the credit card nominated will be charged $240 per person. Final numbers are to be provided 5 days prior to the booking. This is the minimum number of guests you will be charged for.
