Think fresh seafood, spiced bites, and decadent spreads, all designed to pair with the bittersweet fizz of Aperol Spritz. Whether you’re waterfront or street-side, it’s a vibrant way to celebrate summer’s final fling.

Golden entertainment

Join us every Thursday to Sunday 5pm — 8pm, as we celebrate sunset with Sydney’s best DJs, street performers and spontaneous surprises. Sip on an Aperol, soak up the water views and watch the sky turn gold.

The iconic Aperol Fiat is back, along with a lineup of Sydney’s best DJs to soundtrack your afternoons in the sun. From house and disco to soulful grooves, they’ll be serving up eclectic beats and sunshine vibes — so kick back, grab a Spritz and enjoy the tunes.
