Chef Somer Sibrioglu won the hearts and bellies of Sydney locals with his Balmain restaurant Efendy - Anason is an extension of that same authentic Turkish cooking. The menu features dishes prepared with traditional Turkish cooking techniques and seasonal Australian produce.

There’s small bites like rock oysters with tarama and beach succulents, cured kingfish with black caviar and brick pastry and chicken heart kebabs with onion and chilli. Then there’s larger dishes perfect for sharing, from charred kingfish collar to brussel sprouts in chilli butter.
