10 Ways to reignite, reconnect and recharge this August
Winter doesn’t have to mean winding down. This August, we’re swapping hibernation for something a little more energising, a little more collective, and a whole lot more fun.
Whether you’re moving, meditating or just soaking in the harbour vibes, Barangaroo You Wellness Month is packed with free wellness events designed to get your body and mind feeling good again.
Here are ten great ways to get your glow on.

1. Get steamy at Cedar & Salt Sauna
Barangaroo is hosting a pop-up woodfired sauna experience right on the harbour, thanks to the team at Cedar & Salt Sauna. Inspired by Nordic bathing rituals but grounded in coastal Australian calm, this beautifully crafted pop-up is all about slowing down, sweating it out and reconnecting with your senses. Group sessions run every day from morning to night, or you can book in for a private sauna and cold plunge combo. Whether it’s your new pre-work ritual or your post-lunch reset, your nervous system will thank you.
