$35 Lunch Set

This winter, Watermans is introducing a new lunch offering inspired by the generous flavours of the Eastern Mediterranean.

Available Tuesday to Sunday for $35 per person, the lunch brings together a selection of dishes designed to showcase the restaurant's wood-fired cooking and produce-driven approach.

At the centre is a chicken pie filled with roast chicken, cavolo nero and pine nuts, finished with a spiced masakhan and sheep's milk cheese sauce. Accompanying the pie are lamb dumplings with aromatic yoghurt and hazelnut brown butter, an ezme salad dressed with pomegranate molasses and topped with crispy garlic, and beetroot with labne, grapes and sumac caramel.
