Join us for an intimate dinner with CEO and winemaker, Günther Neumair over a carefully curated 5-course meal designed by Alessandro Pavoni and Executive Chef, Giuseppe Fuzio. Or join us for an informal chance to share a taste of 3 wines, known as a flight, selected by Günther with some snacks at Vista'Mare.

Since 1907, St Michael Eppan has been synonymous with winemaking in the South Tyrol wine region in the Dolomite Mountains of Northern Italy. Precision and attention to detail are paramount in the region and lead to exquisite wines from both indigenous varieties and those imported from France, including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
