Easter Long Weekend at Woodcut
To celebrate, the restaurant, which is renowned for using fire, smoke, steam and ice as cooking methods, is offering an 'Easter Favourites' menu, alongside their normal menu.
On Good Friday, feast on spanner crab with autumn leaves, pickles and whipped almond cream; and grilled Murray cod with tamarind, chilli, and grapefruit, plus more. On Sunday, dig into premium grass fed steaks with all the trimmings.
