Inspired by the waterside Summer haven only Hickory Bar could provide, savour a glass of Veuve Clicquot’s Yellow Label NV Champagne or a 'Chasing Sunsets' cocktail - a tantalizing blend of Hennessy VS, Amaretto, passionfruit, and Veuve Clicquot Champagne foam.

Indulge in the paired snack menu designed by Chef Ross Lusted, including his famed Moreton Bay bug roll, complimented by a glass of Veuve Clicquot for $30 or a half-dozen of the freshest Sydney Rock oysters with Veuve Clicquot for $40.
